Worship & Production Ministry
Worship is more than just the music before a sermon. Worship happens beyond the walls of the church every day. A responsibility of our Worship & Production Ministry is to lead others to live their lives like the lyrics of a song, continually praising God for His love and goodness. Our goal is to provide a means for people to engage in meaningful worship (pointing people to Jesus) while developing worship leaders by identifying, training, equipping, and discipling them to point people to Jesus through worship leadership (inspiring people to become a part of that mission).
Our desire for the Worship & Production Ministry at Tree City Church is to foster a consistent and meaningful worship experience for our congregation, making disciples who make disciples by training and equipping people to use their gifts and strengths in worship leadership in a way that reflects our vision, write and share worship songs, establish and sustain efforts to send and multiply, and creatively utilize other arts to foster meaningful worship.

Meet Our Worship Ministry Director!
Julie Turner is a singer/songwriter, worship leader, and author from Garden City, Idaho. For almost two decades, Julie has led worship for churches, retreats, and special events throughout the Treasure Valley. As an avid Bible learner, she also enjoys teaching God’s Word whenever she can. Her passion for worship and her involvement with local churches led her to become one of the founders of the Engaged Worship and Creative Conference. This conference is designed to connect, equip, and encourage worship leaders and team members from all over the NW. Julie joined the Tree City Church team in August and is thrilled to be a part of all that God is doing within this incredible church body.
Julie is married to her wonderful husband Michael and they have two amazing adult sons, Matthew and Andrew. When not leading worship, Julie spends as much time as she can outdoors; running, hiking, biking, cooking, and gardening.
